The Central Library started in 1960, at that time of establishment, library had only 528 books.in present  time library having 42573 Books, 32 Journals & Magazine, 16 Newspaper, Separate Reading Room , Reference Room, circulation department, News

Paper reading section, Staff reading Room, Library using the LIB_MAN software for computerization from 2008, Now use N-List for E-books & E-Journals. also using Green Stone Digital Library software , Best library User Award is given to Student from all three faculty every Year , etc.

1.Library Lay-Out & Time

 Total area of the library is 246.58 sq. meter   with well ventilated, lighted up and comfortably furnished at the first floor of the building with seating capacity of about 100 . The library remains open for 9 hours on all working days 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, except Sundays and public holidays, before and during examination. During vacation working time is 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. The facilities offered include carrel, lounge area and IT zone. It also includes reading room for staff and students , Stack room, Librarian cabin and circulation counter.

·         We organized UGC Sponsored  state level seminar  on An Evaluation of Human Resource Management issues in Academic Libraries. in 13^th March 2011.

·         We organized Internship Training Programmed for Library Science students.

·         Library department Give the Best User Award for Maximum use of Library.
